Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 15 revolves around conflicts between doctors and their supervisors.

After Will is awarded a $1.5 million settlement for his help in catching Cooper, the board pressures him into donating it. Archer doesn't like that Will is getting accolades and keeps needling him about it. And when Will interferes with Archer's rush to get a patient into surgery, the two seem to be ready for battle.

Elsewhere, Marcel must contend with the haughty Dr. Morris while doing a transplant. Morris thinks Marcel is a loser and doesn't want him on his surgical team but Blake insists. During surgery, Morris leaves when Blake tells him to stop making unhelpful comments, and Marcel discovers a stricture due to Morris' previous error. Later, Morris resents Marcel messing with his work and gets violent.

Finally, when Scott suspects a patient is involved in drug dealing, Maggie thinks he should mind his own business, as he's no longer a cop. But when Scott realizes his patient is connected to the Serbian mob, he can no longer stay quiet about his suspicions. However, there is more to what's going on than meets the eye.
