At a board meeting, Will learns that VAS COM settled. Will is entitled to a settlement of 1.2 million. The board members want Will to donate his settlement to the hospital despite claiming there's no pressure. After all, he didn't do it for the money.  Will agrees and they say they he is doing the right thing.

A motorcycle crash victim comes into the hospital. Possible dislocated shoulder. The woman won't let them take her bag but the nurse gets it eventually. They have to pop in her shoulder and give her a CT scan.

Maggie has an ID on the patient. Scott says that the woman might be a drug dealer and insists on checking out the contents of her bag.

A woman tells Vanessa that she has bugs inside her. She shaved her head and everything. Vanessa doesn't see anything but the woman says they are too small to see. She gives her a box with a larva. Vanessa orders meds and promises to help get rid of the mites. She orders all sorts of tests and asks for Charles to be paged.

Scott thinks the stuff in the bag may be heroin. Maggie accuses him of not knowing what uniform he's wearing.

Will finds a patient crying in her bed. She's getting married soon and has diverticulitis. She doesn't want to have the surgery right before her wedding but Archer has said she needs it.

Charles can't believe Sharon donated her settlement. She wants to talk about him and Lani. He says it's only been 10 months and you can't date a former patient/therapist until it's been a year.

Vanessa talks to Charles about the mites patient. She seems to be injuring herself and Vanessa thinks she is delusional. Charles says they have to tread carefully and he may need to improvise.

Charles and Vanessa talk to the woman who says she throws her clothes away after wearing them etc. The dermatologist has tried everything. Charles wants to add a drug to help her with the mites. He doesn't say what the medication is. He goes and Vanessa asks what was going on in the woman's life. The woman gets angry and says she knows Vanessa thinks she's crazy but she's not. She wants to go to a different hospital and claims that Vanessa is trying to convince her that she's crazy.

Charles sends Vanessa out of the room and says he will supervise the case.

Charles thanks Vanessa for playing along. SHe says she found that Abby used to see a psychiatrist via the Fisher Group.  Charles knows someone over there.

Archer decides to be nasty to Will about the settlement. Will is there to ask him about the surgery. Archer is annoyed that Will looked at HIS patient. Sharon breaks up the fight and says she trusts Archer to make the right call on his patient.

Scott's patient wants her bag back. She doesn't want pain meds even though she's in pain and demands her bag back or she'll call a lawyer because she knows what her Fourth Amendment rights are and thinks Scott is acting like a cop. Maggie gets the bag and the patient opens it and is annoyed that Scott is watching her. Some guy shows up that says he's her cousin but Scott says the guy is Serbian Mafia.

Marcel and Blake are excited to finally give a patient a transplant. He had a previous one when Blake was a resident and he was a kid. Dr. Morris comes in and tells Andre it will be a good day. Andre is ready to do the new transplant.

Marcel and Blake talk about the case. Morris laughs about her having a pet general surgeon and doesn't want Marcel in his OR. Blake tells Marcel to forget him and scrub in.

Charles introduces Vanessa to Lani, who is the colleague he knows from the Fisher Group. He tells Vanessa to tell them when Abby awakens. Vanessa watches him and Lani.

Archer is mad that Will gave his patient information about an alternate treatment. He says you can waste your time on this procedure since you're insisting on it.

Lani thinks they should trick Abby into taking the anti-psychotic. Charles isn't sure that committing Abby would cause harm.

Blake and Marcel talk. Marcel is surprised she thinks he's a part of the team after what she said about them. She tells him just keep his personal feelings in check in her OR.

Melana plans to leave. She says she has things to do. Her cousin tries to confront Scott. Meanwhile Melana seems to be having a lot of pain and collapses. Her "cousin" just stands there until Scott tells him to help get her back in bed.

Will starts the nasal procedure. The woman is worried about her fiance seeing her like this. Archer is annoyed that the board has given Will a cheap thank-you basket.

Melana has a collapsed lung and needs to be in the hospital a few days but she refuses that idea. Her cousin left.

Scott tells Maggie that since the mobster left with drugs he's calling the cops.

Abby is freaking out and wants her linens swapped out. Charles says it must be so hard to have been attacked by mites during the pandemic. He tells her he has a drug that might alleviate her symptoms. He won't tell her what the drug is and asks her to trust him.

Morris decides to be unhelpful and obnoxious when there's a bleed. Blake gets him to go. She and Marcel start work on the patient.

Will's patient goes into septic shock. Archer says she has to go into surgery now, which she doesn't want.

Marcel discovers a stricture that another doctor insists can't be here because Morris doesn't make mistakes. The other doctor won't let Marcel fix it because he's not a cardiac surgeon.

Scott talks to a lieutenant about the bag. He called his sister. Apparently Melana is needed on the street today.

Will meets Gretrchen's fiance and her mother. They want to know whether everyone will see the bag under her clothes.

Sharon is angry at Will for not staying away from this case. Will says Sharon screwed him by donating her money. Sharon says he can't let his personal issues affect him at work.

Scott tells Melana that he used to be a cop. He thinks that's something she might need to know. She wants some privacy so she can get out of here.

Lani runs into Charles by the elevator. He offers to walk her out. Vanessa says that Abby's delusion is breaking. Lani congratulates her. She tells Charles that he needs her consent to keep her on the anti-psychotic. Charles asks her to hang out for a couple of minutes.

Morris tells Andre's mother that her son will be fine. He confronts Marcel about fixing his work and says Marcel just wanted to play the hero. Marcel says he was fixing Morris' mistake and Morris feels a need to butt him in the head.

Abby realizes Charles is a psychiatrist and thinks he was afraid she was going to flip out. He says he was afraid that she wouldn't get help if she knew he was a psychiatrist. He points out she's getting past the delusion now.  He advises her to keep taking the meds. She wants to talk so Charles refers her to Lani and offers to make an introduction.

Gretchen tells Will she broke up with her fiance and it was the best decision she ever made. She's not going to live her life according to other people's expectations anymore.

Blake is impressed that Marcel kept his cool. She takes care of his injury and seems to be flirting. They kiss.

Scott is at home when there's a knock on the door. It's Melana. He lets her in but how did she find him? He realizes she's a cop too.

At the press conference Will tells Archer that he decided to keep most of the money. Archer thinks Will finally made a smart decision.
