On Criminal Minds Season 10 Episode 12 the BAU are called to investigate a series of murders in which the unsub calls emergency services just before he kills each one.

In each instance, he makes sure his victims are near a place of authority: a church, a hospital or a doctor's office. There is no other obvious connection between any of the victims.
