At the beginning of the episode a man is attacked while taking a taxi. 

Grimitz and Raven work from the Quantico, while the rest of the team goes to Boston. In investigating the case Avery discovers that the victim was dating his boss and that he was paranoid. 

Nelson and Mundo work together to discover what is on Cade's computer and discover that he was trying to protect information by destroying his computer files. 

The team discovers that they are actually dealing with a serial killer who is using a taxi app to select his victims. 

Grimitz and Raven discover that there is a second victim named Melissa Drake. Nelson finds out that the killer used a phishing scam to spread malware and infect the software. 

The team's fist suspect, who sent the malware, turns out to be a dead end. Nelson and Avery find another suspect and discover that he had a son who was killed in a hit and run by a Zogo driver. 

Grimitz talks to a woman named Francine about something that happened in their past. Grimitz testifies in court about the murder of his parents when he was a teenager. 

After giving the team a run for their money, Avery and Mundo end up in a intense chase to catch Richard. Avery talks Richard down and he is arrested by Mundo.
