Althea makes a video to bring emerging communities together, but they have to help other people out first. 

They help a woman who's home is surrounded by landmines. Her husband left to get an inhaler for their son, but it quickly descends into chaos when the husband goes missing. 

Alicia later finds him with the back as a walker, and brings the inhaler to the kid. The woman joins the fight. 

Grace is struggling with the fact that she's dying and reveals to Althea that her plan is to make as much of a difference as she possibly can while she still can. 

That's why she chose to go with Morgan and everyone else in the first place. 

Logan continues his pursuit of the oil, but the heroes have taken it away from him. This causes a lot of problems, especially when a new person tries to join the community.
