Peter is definitely afraid of ghosts as Jared pushes for them to take the case of the Parkers who purchased an old hotel from Freddie Silmas. Unfortunately Freddie never revealed that the place was supposedly haunted.

Peter and Jared's former law clerk, Bonnie is now opposing council on this case. Sparks fly between she and Jared and she asks him out. Jared is thrilled but Peter says he doesn't give their relationship more than a week.

Bonnie appears to be winning the case until Peter and Jared get the judge to agree to a field trip to the haunted hotel. While there, 97 year old Irina appears. She sold the hotel to Freddie Silmas back in the '90s and she told her that it was haunted because her friend died there after an accident back in the summer of 1927. Silmas agrees to pay restitution for holding the information back during the sale but more creepy video of a mysterious black figure lurking the home is never shown in court.
