Rachel calls their good friends Artie, Tina, Puck, Quinn, Santana, and Brittany for help. They all return for the school's homecoming and go out into the school to find people to recruit. Quinn, Santana, and Brittany encounter Kitty. She was able to remain at McKinley because she agreed never to sing again and return to the Cheerios. She's mad at Artie for the way he left things when he went off to college. Roderick is their first new member. He's a fan of music and has a Bluesy sounding voice. Madison and Mason are twins, Cheerios, and fans of singing and dancing. They're a bit odd. Jane is also a new member of the New Directions. She originally wanted to be a Warbler but the Warblers didn't want her because she didn't have boy parts. Will has a baby, a boy, named Daniel Finn Schuester, but Emma is nowhere to be found. She disappeared or ran away or something. He never once mentions her name.
