- Mickey and Rachel are still on a stakeout at the club and are about to head back when they see an altercation outside and someone tells them to head back.
- Shira wakes up and Hannah is still in bed with her when Mickey comes back.
- Shira tries to hide that Hannah is sneaking out.
- Mickey tells Shira that he needs her to help him exhume his father's grave and that there are other reasons that he needs it and that she has to trust him. She listens attentively.
- Ken confronts Hannah about spending out all night. He tells her how sad he felt that she was gone and hadn't backed her restaurant idea. He admits to being a shit husband and asks her to help him make things right.
- The trio speculate that the person who took Dylan and Ashley may show up at the memorial.
- At school, Buck announces that Ema is related to Angelica Wyatt.
- Mickey heads to the room to find Ema while Spoon heads to the office to punch Buck in the face.
- Shira consults with Hannah about needing assistance exhuming Brad's body. She also expresses that she has a similar feeling and shares the message with Hannah about how Mickey only trusts Shira and that he was dead a few hours later.
- They're worried about Ema who neither of them have heard from all day.
- Whitney is waitng for Ema. She apologizes and says she didn't realize that Buck will tell everyone and that he blackmailed her
- Shira tells Mickey that she was the bully who dared Brad to go into the house.
- She recalls how she tried to get her parents and when they came back Brad was out and way too calm and he never said what happened in there but she knows something happened in there that changed his whole life.
- Ken talks to Shira at the funeral and tells her that Hannah asked him for a divorce. He wants Shira to talk to Hannah because he doesn't want to lose her. She says no because it's not her place.
- Flashes back to how close Brad and Dylan were and how Brad encouraged Dylan when his father kept getting in his head.
- Mickey notices Dr. Kent in the back of the memorial service.
- Mrs. Friedman gets distracted when she sees Billy, Dylan's father in the back of the service.
- Mickey confronts Dr. Kent before he can leave. Mrs. Friedman asks the same questions of Billy.
- Billy admits that he seriously hurt Dylan that night and Dr. Kent shares the same thing with Mickey
- Mickey sees Luther at the memorial but he takes off running. Mickey follows him, but Luther disappears.
- Mickey finds the man in Sunglasses there, and Mickey says he knows that it's Dylan Shakes. Sunglasses Man is Dylan shakes and Bat Lady rescued him. Billy put his cigar out in Dylan's eye.
- Sunglasses Man says he's part of Abeola rescuing children. Sunglasses Man says that Brad was the best and that Bat Lady sees the same potential in Mickey
- Ema finally picks up for Spoon. She thanks him for defending her to Buck.
- Shira is upset when Hannah comes by because she hopes that Hannah didn''t blow up her life for her.
- Mickey heads into the Candy bar to find Ashley and is about to get run out when Candy comes to the rescue.
- She's a friend of Ashley's. Candy says that Ashley is there and she's in the dungeon because she's been sold to a wealthy man.
- Candy brings Mickey down to the dungeon.
- Mickey goes to see Ashley but gets beat up by some men and presented to Buddy the hman trafficker.
- There's a woman running the operation, and they tie Mickey up
- the woman says she's Abeola and she tries to get Mickey out of there.
- She and Brad worked on a mission during that camping trip trying to rescue a dozen girls from being trafficked including Ashley.
- The woman asks about Brad still being alive.
- When Mickey exits the door the men are waiting for him and put him in a van.
- Mrs. Friedman wanted to adopt Dylan. Bat Lady tells Friedman about how she gave Dylan shelter and sent him away from his father.
- Sunglasses Man/Dylan thanks Friedman and she's so happy to see him. sh ehugs him.
- Shira notices somethnig off about the baseball cap that Brad had that was sewed.
- Luther is outside of Bat Lady's house.
- The men try to kill Mickey and he escapes into the water.
