The Law & Order team attempts to solve the murder of three people, two homeless and one volunteer, found in the wake of an arsonist’s fire this week.

The close knit neighbors of a hillside community support one another in protecting their homes from fires and homeless. When three refugees seek shelter in one of the neighbor’s homes resulting in a shooting the other neighbors come together to dispatch the others of the group as well as their remains.

Their defense of self-defense from intruders hits a bump when the team discovers one of the victims is leading a lawsuit against the homeowners.
