Lachrymose news reports on the Baudelaires latest drama.

Mr. Poe makes the kids wait on a taxi alone because Aunt Josephine did not want to leave the house.

They try to break into Josephine's safe. They succeed and find crackers and beethoven music. 

The kids also found pictures of aunt Josephine not scared of anything. 

Josephine returns and says she met a man and is going on a date. The date is with Captain Sham.

Josephine did not believe the kids when they said he was Count Olaf.

She went on date and kids tried to go after them, but the troupe appeared and threatened them into staying in the house

The parents tried to crack the code, but they are caught.

Josephine apparently killed herself and left a suicide note.
