On Madam Secretary Season 2 Episode 21, Elizabeth and Henry make the decision to go to couples therapy. While at their session, the therapist recommends that they disconnect from work when they are at home. Elizabeth is not completely on board with it, but Henry thinks it's a good idea after looking at how work does affect their home life. 

Elizabeth and Henry decide to pick a date night to reconnect with each other, but things are put on hold when President Dalton gets a tip on where Jibral Disah is hiding. President Dalton puts together his Murphy's Station task team to head to Pakistan to capture Disah. Elizabeth isn't excited about Henry heading off to the front lines, but supports him in his decision to go. 

Unfortunately, things take a turn in Pakistan when intelligence reveals Disah is planning on attacking the Prime Minster of Pakistan. President Dalton alerts him of the danger he is in, but things take a turn in Pakistan the next day when a dangerous revolution starts to take hold. President Dalton demands everyone at the American Embassy leave, but Jose gets a drop on Disah and is able to track him. Henry tries to reason with Jose to leave, but he convinces Henry they need to finish their mission. Henry decides to go with Jose without telling Elizabeth and heads right into a dangerous situation.
