Callen holds nothing back to protect Hetty. He takes all the money he has and offers it as a reward for information about Mattias. Granger is worried about Callen's behavior and goes to Sam to watch over his partner. Sam warns Granger that pulling Callen off the case will push him into going totally rogue.

Nell's struggles to deal with killing a man. Nate shows up to help her through it, but it's another person who actually gets through to her and forces her back into action.
