When Granger gets into a car crash, NCIS looks into it to figure out what happened. The scene of the accident is suspicious and the team is mystified.

When the toxicology results come in, the doctor detemines that Granger was poisoned and caused his crash. Sam and Callen believe the culprit was the same person who outed Hetty's home addresses and been targeting the team.

The poison is found all over Granger's office and the poisonous plant is found on Kensi's desk. Instead of evacuating the building, Hetty locks it down to prevent the mole from escaping. The case gets more interesting when Nell finds $50,000 in Eric's bank account and an employee is found dead.
