Cece and Jess eventually have a heart to heart where Cece admits she's afraid of all the changes happening at once. Jess reassures Cece everything will work out and how things happen for a reason. Cece offers her own advice to Jess and suggests she quit her job at the school because the new principal is taking advantage of her.
