One of Kanan's runners is chased through the streets by the police while on his motorbike and eventually apprehended.

Raq buys the shopping plaza where her salon was located.

Kanan calls Lou to the precinct to help get his friend released from jail, as he's unable to being a minor.

Two cops call Raq outside from one of the shops, insisting they want a good relationship with her, as the plaza is on their beat. They then ask about Kanan, as they've researched her.

Ronnie meets with Pop and Snap at a bar. He tells them about Unique and Raq's relationship and his desire to work but not having the money to do so. While Snap and Pop are out of the game, they offer to give him a small amount, warning that he'll need to get others to invest as well.

Unique meets with Quân, who laments the lack of business. Unique assures him things will turn around, as they need attention, but the smart kind of attention.

Marvin visits Gerald at his job to return his IDs. He finds out Gerald is an editor who writes about entertainment, and the two decide to have their own kind of meeting, as they both miss the anger management class.

Howard is approached by a Narcotics officer who doesn't buy the Crown angle about the shootings. The police believe it's all too easy, and they also ask Howard if there's been any movement on his shooting.

Pernessa accuses Unique of stepping out on her, and Unique assures her taking care of her and their son.

Raq watches Kanan outside his school giving different men papers and pagers. She attempts to talk to him, but he enters the school, where she sees him walk through a metal detector.

Ronnie approaches Deen at the bingo hall, asking for work, but Deen turns him down.

Jukebox discovers she made it into the girl group.

Kanan and Famous work at the apartment, and Paul stops by to tell Kanan he's losing couriers. Kanan gives him money to hold him over, assuring him that he's not going anywhere.

Raq stops by Kanan's after she sees him leaving, unaware the FEDs have eyes on her. Once inside the apartment, Raq puts a gun in Kanan's backpack and pays Famous to keep quiet about it.

Kanan offers to take Jukebox to a fancy dinner to celebrate her good news.

Lou-Lou tells Marvin he wants to show him something in Manhattan. The two then travel to Cafe Vous, and after talking with Shirley, Marvin decides to invest in the bar alongside Lou.

Ronnie approaches Joaquin and Juliana, looking for product, but Joaquin isn't interested.

Raq tells Unique that Kanan will be coming home soon, and they need to pump the brakes on their relationship.

At school, Kanan goes through the metal detector, setting it off, which results in the police finding the gun in Kanan's backpack and detaining him.

Jukebox meets the other girl group members, Crystal and Iesha, and discovers their name will be Butta.

Raq is called to the school about Kanan, where Kanan denies the dun being his. The principal tells them the police won't press charges, but a social worker will conduct visits over the next six months, and if he messes up, he will have to go to juvenile court.

Raq forces Kanan to move back home.

Unique, having found out about Ronnie approaching Deen, asks Ronnie about it, and he denies having met with him.

Marvin wants to move product through Cafe Vous, but Lou-Lou wants the club to be legit.

Howard visits Raq at home, and the two meet outside. He tells her he covered for Kanan with the gun charge, and the FEDs aren't buying the Crown angle. He also tells her he won't be taking her calls anymore and she'll have to figure things out on her own.

Ronnie ambushes Deen while he's at home with his grandmother and kills him.
