Rizzoli & Isles Season 7 Episode 3 involves a murder at a zombie convention. A little boy, Jared, sees two zombies fighting outside his bedroom window but his mom assumes he's imagining things and sends him to bed. When a guy dressed as a zombie turns up dead, Jared is the only witness, and he seems obsessed with zombies but otherwise useless.

The investigation brings Jane, Vince and Frankie to a local zombie convention. Jane is not very happy with being surrounded by zombies, though Frankie loves it. In any case, it's hard to find any clues because everyone was disguised as a zombie and thus unrecognizable. However, a video soon goes viral of a zombie woman fighting off a pickpocket who is believed to be the victim.

The woman, Christine, is questioned but she found her wallet on the doorstep this morning and didn't realize it had been stolen. She didn't go after the guy and neither did her ex-boyfriend. The autopsy reveals a clue that the detectives can use to find the actual killer.

While all this is going on, Maura continues to worry about her declining health and even considers resigning, but Jane won't let her. And Angela struggles with math as she tries to get her GED.

Rizzoli & Isles Season 7 Episode 3 Quotes

Vince: Maybe he's really a zombie.
Jane: Then we have no case, because you can't kill someone who's already dead.

Jane: You told me you were feeling better, that you don't have any more symptoms.
Maura: Yeah, but that could change at any moment and there's nothing I can do about it and I don't excel at doing nothing.
