Quinn and Huck help Olivia and David get Jake to a safe house where Charlie brings a Russian doctor to work on Jake's injuries. Jake needs multiple surgeries and a whole lot of blood if he has any hope of surviving the attack from Russell. Before the doctor will do anything to help, he needs a favor from Olivia.

His friend is a former KGB spy and she's been given an assignment after being retired for over 25 years. Since she left that life behind her she needs Olivia's help to get out of it. Olivia tries to talk to her handler and offers him money but he refuses a payoff knowing that he would end up in a Russian prison if he took it. She offers him the head of B613 on a platter and that he gladly accepts.

Rowan Pope knows Jake is alive and sends Russell to complete the job. When Russell is unable to get a location on Olivia, Rowan shoots him so Olivia will have to pay attention.
