Recap

Uh oh. Someone near a Roman Real Estate sign just got a sharp stick in the eye.

Oh my. A woman got a knitting needle in the eye.

Sheesh. An archer sneezed, sending his qiver into the sky, killing a woman in a grocery store parking lot. IN THE EYE!

Rita is giving Luke stick in the eye's listing. His name was Gabriel, and he was Rita's assistant.

She's kind of nasty, but she's giving the place to Luke because Gabriel's death isn't the first on the premises.

Before Gabriel, the former owner, Catherine Owens, was arrested for murdering her tenant. She was supposed to be agoraphobic, playing her cello. She pleaded innocent but was convicted anyway.

Luke's getting a big stay-out vibe from the house, and he doesn't want anyone going in just yet.

Luke and Megan share lunch by the water, and she tells him about her late father and how he used to cook for her.

He's helping her buy a new place, but she's got to get to school.

Rita visits the agency and demons Zooey with a "superior" comment.

Phil and Zooey find the connection to the house when Rita mentions the stick in the eye.

August is outside the house, and since all deaths occurred outside, he should probably be careful. And then, the front door opens, inviting him inside.

Remembering Luke's suggestion, when the door opens wider, August walks away.

Everyone who went inside the house is a target, we learn as they go down the open house list that Rita delivered. It's picking them off one by one.

Taking photos of their other listing, Susan runs into a guy named Reece. He's robed and leaning by the front door. He's a talker.

Reece had no idea his landlord was selling the place. Inside is quite the mess. A dumpster with utilities, Susan calls it.

Phil is chatting with the fourth man on the list, who finds it very difficult to believe he's going to be killed by something sharp to the eye. Phil suggests he take precautions.

Luke visits Catherine in prison. She's not all that nice. She was hoping that he was a writer. It's hard to care that she's wrongly imprisoned.

Until the police said her fingerprints were on the murder weapon, she didn't even know she owned a murder weapon. It was the bow for her cello. She was riding her bike when the murder took place, but I thought she was an agoraphobic.

Luke shares what he knows about the recent deaths. He seems a little skeeved about her, too, as she taps her middle finger on the table.

The guy Phil tried to warn is at a carve-at-the-table meat joint, and there are some close calls, but it's a little kid's umbrella that goes through his eye.

Luke saw arrogance, precision, and self-satisfaction unlike what you would see in a correctional setting in Catherine's eyes. Now he's giving the house the benefit of the doubt.

They run through a bunch of different possibilities, settling on a Watchmaker, which does the same thing over and over in a very precise order.

Unfortunately, the next name on the open house list is a squiggle that nobody can make out.

Megan and Luke video chat.

Susan video chats with the guy who is selling the house she's repping, and it seems like he's dead since he said "I can't rest."

Zooey offers to get Susan the photos she needs since she's enjoying that Susan cannot get them on her own.

Luke visits the sharp stick house.

Zooey charms Reece and friends with her TikTok Challenge.

She even gets them to move furniture and rearrange the place.

Of course, she only gets two rooms in the video.

Phil found something. In 1969, a 16-year-old died on a school trip. Three days earlier, she had bested half a dozen classmates to become first chair cello. Second chair was her best friend, Catherine.

Luke visits Catherine again. She's got demon eyes.

Susan still hasn't figured out that Mr. Calabasas is dead.

August is at his work bench and discovers that Megan was in the house. Her email wasn't on the guest list. Luke is freaked out, and he hugs her hoping that she'll be OK.

He takes Megan to the office, and everyone clears the joint from sharp objects, even spoons. August knows that Megan has about four hours before Catherine works.

Phil is hoping that they can mess up the order of Catherine's plan, and Megan thinks they sound like kooks.

Phil says that omniscent tracking is the stuff of gods. And facebook, Zooey says.

They're hoping to throw Catherine into a loop, searching for an order she can never find.

Megan leaves, and Luke cannot believe it.

Within moments, she's dead, but it looks like a vision and not reality.

Luke goes to confront Catherine. He's unshaven. But this might all be part of their plan to distrupt things, knowing that Catherine can "see" what's happening.

Yep, Luke continues to the door as Catherine pounds her finger. He opens it and Catherine goes into a seizure. Case closed!

Susan cannot believe that Mr. Calabasas is dead.

As long as the check clears, Zooey doesn't care if he was dead or alive.

Now we see the lengths they went to in creating a realistic scenario that Catherine would buy into. Everyone was involved and played a part.
