After Danny tried to keep Mindy's personal items out of his apartment, Mindy tried her hardest to sneak some items in the apartment on The Mindy Project Season 3 Episode 3.

As she attempted to accomplish this, Mindy is served papers saying that she had not paid her taxes in a few years. To help with the situation, Mindy had to ask her lawyer, ex-boyfriend for help, who decided to also reveal an important secret of Danny's to Mindy.

At the office, Peter thought his relationship with Lauren was going well,until she decided that she wanted to end things with him. Peter believed it was because of Jeremy, so he thought of a way to get Jeremy out of the picture.
