Kelly, Bethenny, Ramona, Sonja, and Alex are on a luxury vacation in the Virgin Islands.

The vacation has not been entirely pleasant, however. Kelly seems to be losing her grip on reality and is attacking all the other women.

They worry about Kelly's mental state while also trying to understand her various angry tirades. Kelly ends up leaving the vacation early and the women feel confident that they can relax and enjoy themselves at last.  Unfortunately this is the exact moment when Jill arrives to surprise the other women. 

They are not pleased to see her and Jill leaves in tears. Some days later when everyone is back in New York City, the women get together at various lunches and charity events.

They chat about the differing versions of what exactly happened on the vacation. Some apologies are made and others are not. 

At the end of the episode Jill makes it clear that she desperately wants to reconcile with Bethenny.
