PART ONE: Brad congratulates J.T. on his good news about being the baby's father. Hinting it's time to go, Victor tells Brad that if anything happens to the infant, they will let him know. Stating that he's in charge now, J.T. assures Brad that he can see the baby anytime he wants to visit.

Victor (Eric Braeden) stuns Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) with the news that he called in her loan and it's due ASAP. She blasts him for doing this as their daughter is unconscious. When David arrives, Victor walks away. Hearing David already knew about the loan, Nikki warns him not to keep things from her ever again.

PART TWO: After giving it some thought, Nikki runs to the house and boasts to Victor that she is going to sue him. Lily confides to Colleen about almost kissing Cane (Daniel Goddard). When she spots him over at the Athletic Club, Lily interrupts his chat with Jill to seek his "advice" with her workout.

Jill and Cane are impressed when Lily comes up with the idea of shooting the ad campaign in Paris. Seeing Amber (Adrienne Frantz) eyeing Cane, Kay warns her about staying away from him but admits that she and Jill once fought over a man. Amber responds that she'll never stop loving Cane but Kay urges her to accept that Cane will never love her back.

Lily (Christel Khalil) is devastated when Cane claims that because he's 31 and she's 19, they can only be friends. Colleen congratulates J.T. on being named the father. J.T. decides to name the child Reed.
