Getting ready to go on down to the courtroom, J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) takes a moment to rip on Brad and Nikki for putting the life of the unborn baby ahead of Victoria's (Amelia Heinle).

In court, Michael advises Victor (Eric Braeden) and J.T. that the hospital will testify first followed by Victor, Nikki and Brad. Nick calls Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to let her know Victoria's condition is worsening.

After he hears all the testimony, the judge is about to render a decision when Brad (Don Diamont) returns with a letter he claims must be read before the verdict is announced.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) worries to Jill that Victor's insurance company is in no hurry to help with the clean up and reconstruction of Clear Springs.

Cane battles Neil (Kristoff St. John) who claims that Victor is conducting his own investigation into what happened. Neil later complains to Lily about the face off. Lily (Christel Khalil) finds Cane's PDA at the office and returns it to him in his office, telling him that she thinks he left it behind on purpose.

Enlisted by Gloria to help in her latest scheme, Kevin complains about Jill in front of Jeffrey. Gloria (Judith Chapman) goes on to cast suspicion on Jill by mentioning Ji Min's unsolved death. Later, Jeffrey asks Jill about Gloria and is told she's not to be trusted.
