Episode Recap, 5.20

Today on The Young and the Restless, after Jill gives him some cash, Alistair leaks that he heard about Gloria's secret stash of diamonds but Jill doesn't believe him. Gloria calls her bank in the Cayman Islands and asks them to send the contents of her safety deposit box to her.

Jeffrey stops by for his passport and gets into an argument with her. On the way out, he spots a fax with the bank's name but can't find out anything more from her. Alistair finds him and hints that he can help him. When Nikki and David return to Jabot after their trip, Brad makes a point of commenting on Nikki's expensive ring.

Nikki talks with Lily about being pulled from the cover of the first "Restless Style" magazine and vows to find out why they changed their mind at the last minute. Lily apologizes for her failure. Brad privately asks David how he could afford the ring and demands a payment this week.

During a business meeting with David and Nikki, Brad reveals he made a business decision while they were out of touch. David is outraged but Brad reminds him that he holds all the cards right now.

Brad apologizes for coming on strong and gets David to reveal that he did not sign a prenuptial agreement. At the Crimson Lights, Chloe admits to Cane she can't remember what happened last night but suggests that he not tell Chloe.

Confirming it was just a kiss, Cane gets into an argument with her and eventually warns her to show a little more respect. Later, Chloe calls an agent in New York who then calls Lily about flying to the Big Apple with Chloe.

While Gloria admires Nikki's new ring, she admits that she and Jeffrey are divorcing. Gloria gets a call that her diamonds will be sent by messenger to her. Jeffrey makes a reservation to fly to the Cayman Islands.
