It's time for Restaurant Wars on Top Chef Season 12 Episode 7!

The contestants are split into a pair of teams this week and given a single day to open their own restaurants in this famous challenge.

Can they come up with decor and menus and everything else in time? While managing to impress Kristen Kish, Stephanie Cmar and guest judge judge Barbara Lynch?

Throughout the hour, egos and dishes both collide in the kitchen, as the chefs scramble to work together. Meanwhile, when an ingredient goes missing and a dish is altered without the chef's approval... it could make or break everything.
