Elsewhere, Ariane and Vinnie deal with relationship problems, while T.J. takes wife Nattie Neidhart on a special, unique one-on-one date while they're on vacation with the other women.

These two have been having issues and he's trying to help smooth things over.

"T.J. is really making an effort and I love that. I have no idea where we're going and quite frankly, I'm really excited," she tells the camera.
