Ray sends Will and Jai on a quick mission, but they find a baby while on the job. 

The team agrees to go on an unsanctioned mission to find out more about the baby and the traffick ring he is part of. They rent an RV to keep the baby in protective custody while getting to the bottom of who is involved. 

Will realizes when they go to speak to the authorities that they are involved and running the Bulgarian trafficking ring. There is a mercenary woman who is after them searching for the kid. 

They each take turns with the baby instead of Jai who doesn't care for babies and later tells Standish it's because he's afraid he's not cut out for fatherhood. Standish reassures him. 

Martina, the mercenary, tracks the RV down via a tracker in the baby's teddy bear. She takes down Jai and Susan, then Standish and takes the baby. Will and Frankie track the baby down, and she tells them that she's an undercover spy with the CIA. She helps them take down the ring. 

They return the baby to his mother and Jai has grown attached. 

Will has been dating Emma for what seems like a while and she comes to NYC to spend his birthday weekend with him. Will has to leave her with Ray, and he spends most of the trip concerned about Ray doing the same thing he did with Gigi again. 

Ray and Emma bond and she gives him advice on improving himself and keeping a journal. He gives her an idea of what to get Will for his birthday. 

Frankie comes to make peace with her feelings and Will dating Emma. She even encourages him and talks him through his jealousy and concern.
