13 Classic '80s Shows That Need a Reboot

Today's technology has finally caught up with the cheesy genius of this comedy about a family living with their robot creation, protecting her mechanical identity. Perhaps a network could combine this with the story of Weird Science, and Aubrey Plaza could be persuaded to take on the role as Vicki 2.0, an adult robot?

There was something so realistic about the original show... a group of friends, all in their 30's balancing kids, relationships, careers and sanity. While the original show 's core cast were children of the 60's, there's some merit to doing it today, with children of the 80's. Josh Radnor, Jayma Mayes, Minka Kelly and Adam Brody would be a fantastic actors to head up a cast that would switch easily between comedy and drama.

Modern times, but still with all of the 80's fashion staples…. Sean Hayes might be a fun choice to take on the role of Henry Warnimont, and Good Luck Charlie’s Mia Talerico could totally put on those pigtails, and rock some jelly shoes!
