Brie Larvan is making a comeback!
For those of you who don't know who she is, she was first introduced on The Flash and she's a technical whiz. Like Felicity!
She's making a mess of things on Arrow Season 4 Episode 17 when she infiltrates Palmer Tech. Felicity, Donna and Thea are in trouble. Especially Felicity because Brie wants the chip right out of her spine.
Oliver gets wind of it and calls on a surprising ally to help him battle Brie.

Whoever Exoskeleton is, he is a big man. And Felicity is backed up against the wall as he walks by. But notice he doesn't seem to be aggressive toward her.
