Oliver's life might be peaceful now that he's with Felicity, but Damien Darhk is doing what he can to disrupt it.
On Arrow Season 4 Episode 9, as Oliver begins to clean up Starling Bay, the city is attacked again, causing him to make a bold move against HIVE.
In return? Damien Darhk retaliates at Oliver's holiday party.
