Golden Globes 2019: All the TV Winners!

There wasn't a lot of fuss on this year's Golden Globes awards, as the television awards were knocked out almost immediately as the show progressed.

As the show is put on by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, it shouldn't have been a surprise when Richard Madden from Bodyguard beat out The American's Matthew Rhys or A Very English Scandal's Ben Whishaw rose to the top of the supporting actor list.

1. The Americans - Best Drama

It was a first (and final) Best Drama award for FX's The Americans. Well deserved!

2. Sandra Oh - Killing Eve

BBC America has a bonafide winner with Killing Eve. That's right -- we have winners from our top two shows of the year! Sandra Oh deserved Best Performance by an Actress In A Television Series. She always has!

3. Patricia Arquette - Escape from Dannemora

Patricia Arquette was recognized for the almost unrecognized portrayal of Tilly from Showtime's Escape from Dannemora and won Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.

4. Ben Whishaw - A Very English Scandal

Ben Whishaw from A Very English Scandal on Amazon wins for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. Congrats!

5. Richard Madden - Bodyguard

Leaving Game of Thrones has worked well for Richard Madden, who won Best Performance by an Actor In A Television Series – Drama for his role in Netflix's Bodyguard.

6. Michael Douglas - The Kominsky Method

Michael Douglas returned to television after a very, very long time only to win Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for his role on the Netflix series, The Kominsky Method.

7. Patricia Clarkson - Sharp Objects

Patricia Clarkson took a decidedly dark turn in HBO's Sharp Objects, but she nabbed the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television as a result!

8. Darren Criss - American Crime Story: Assassination of Gianni Versace

Darren Criss is having a great year when it comes to awards as he just won Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television for his role on FX's American Crime Story: Assassination of Gianni Versace. He's also engaged to be married!

9. Rachel Brosnahan - The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

Rachel Brosnahan takes her Marvelous Mrs. Maisel to the top again with a win for Amazon and herself for a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Musical or Comedy.

10. The Kominsky Method - Best Comedy

Perhaps nobody but Netflix imagined The Kominsky Method going all the way with the HFPA for Best Comedy. Apparently a little prostate goes a long way!

11. American Crime Story: Assassination of Gianni Versace - Best Limited Series

Best Television Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television goes to American Crime Story: Assassination of Gianni Versace from Ryan Murphy and FX.
