Robot Assistance
Leonard must assist Sheldon if he ever becomes a robot.

When Sheldon showers second, any and all measures shall be taken to ensure an adequate supply of hot water.

Leonard must name Sheldon as his sidekick if Leonard obtains superpowers.

Selection of a new takeout restaurant requires a public hearing and a 60-day comment period.

Once a day, Sheldon will ask whow Leonard is, even though he really doesn't care.

Firefly Fridays
Friday nights are reserved for watching Firefly -- that is, until the series was canceled after one season.

Houseguests
Roommates should notify each other at least 12 hours in advance if they plan to have a houseguest.

Sour Milk
Leonard will provide a confirmation sniff to be sure questionable dairy products are safe to drink.
13.
Planning for a Zombie Attack
In the event of a zombie attack, Leonard isn't allowed to kill Sheldon if he turns.
Sheldon: I'll have a diet Coke. Penny: Can you please order a cocktail? I need to practice mixing drinks. Sheldon: Fine... I'll have a virgin Cuba Libre. Penny: That's... rum and Coke without the rum. Sheldon: Yes, and would you make it diet?
