Dustin Milligan is a Canadian actor. A couple dozen fans might remember him from the very short-lived CW series, Runaway. He's also appeared in The Dead Zone and The Butterfly Effect 2. He plays Ethan Ward on the new 90210.

Why hasn't Ethan been on season 2 of 90210? No mention of his character being gone.

He`s perfect to Annie Wilson. So It´s so sad he wasn`t in season two...
