Holland Roden attended UCLA. She loves science, but had to switch her major to women studies because of her busy work schedule.

Roden first made her professional acting debut on 12 Miles of Bard Road on the 2007 cancelled HBO series. After, she guest appeared on Lost, playing Emily Locke. She has also guest appeared on Cold Case, Weeds, Community, Criminal Minds, and The Event. She currently acts in the main cast in Teen Wolf, playing Lydia Martin.
