I think the chief resident will be April, cuz she learned a lot lessons when she killed the woman. but who knows?maybe Alex. I don't like Lucy, if she knows how to love a person, how could do that to Alex? Iz loves him!!!please let her back on the show!! I think Teddy is stupid, she doesnt know she loves her official husband, but we are humans, sometimes, we just need time to figure that out. PLUS, MerDer, they should be together like the end Season4, cuz now they got zola and they have a family. LOVE ME EVEN YOU HATE ME!!

Alright Here are MY predicitons about whats gonna happen for this weeks finale.
The room is either Alex's or Lexi's so one of them has some big changes coming. My vote is on Alex so he can move with Lucy to Baylor cause he actually likes her. That and he doesnt want to live in the same house with Meredith because of how she messed with the clinicla trial.
I believe that Teddy is going to be on the plane that goes down heading to Germany to be with Andrew, so the "diabetic husband" is going to find out and have something happen to him because he ACTUALLY had feelings for her and it's probably going to kill him knowing the last things he said to her were definitely not what he wants to remember.
As for MerDer, they will probably split for a little while but then things will be all better during next season. They have to keep the relationship going for the sake of the show. Without MerDer, there is NO show.
Cristina and Hunt will get further from each other and I believe eventually

On the other hand Cristina«s parenting tecniques should be hilarious to watch.
And that's Alez's room because his room is the only one that doesn't have a headboard (i'm not counting with the improvised room like the attic) and i think Mer's door is brown and not white.

OH,GODDDD, I love mere, zola is a person who can let derek and meredith stick together. i hope it will be a nice ending. plus, i really think teddy should date with her tumor husband,he is a good guy!!!!

The room that Meredith walks into is definitely not the one she shares with Derek. I'm pretty sure it's the one of Alex so that could be a preview of something that will also go down with him. He has an important story in this because they did say the finale would revolve around the originals.
