Now that Gordon has taken his payout from Cardiff, he has a LOT of time on his hands. With Donna as passionate as she is about Mutiny, he can't help but want to reach out and touch a little of what she loves.
In this clip from Halt and Catch Fire Season 2 Episode 3, "The Way In," Gordon is still thinking about the number of users Mutiny has and who might be piggybacking onto their servers. He thinks he's come up with a pretty brilliant way to track them, coding and naming a new software.
"Who's your Superman," Gordon asks Donna, and while she's pretty happy to perch in his lap for a second or two, she's not necessarily listening to his pitch.
