I am appalled that the actors posing as Marines did NOT know the correct method of folding the American Flag. As the flag finished its first fold it was flipped with the field of stars DOWN which is not the way it is done. THe Stars are NEVER on the bottom. I am suprised and disappointed that the NCIS producers did not pay enough attention to this detail.
