The Flash Promo: Who is Spreading Bad Luck?!

Bad luck is something that tends to come in threes, but a new villain in Central City is eating up all the good luck to leave nothing but dire things for everyone else.
Yes, that means DC Comics' character Hazard is making her way to television on The Flash Season 4 Episode 3, and she's going to find herself in a lot of trouble with Team Flash.
With the meta's luck hitting record highs, the team struggles when bad things start happening to them. Desperate to stop the bad luck, they set out to find the villain, and Iris even claims they could try some sage on her.
Yeah, we're not so sure that's going to work, but it would be worth trying we guess.
Meanwhile, Tom Cavanaugh will stage a comeback as Harry Wells, and he will have a message for Wally from Jesse.
Will this pave the way for Wally to try and visit Jesse, or will he send a message back?
We have no idea, but we'll find out when the episode airs on Tuesday at 8/7c on The CW!
