Okay, so after long-running rumors that it would not be, One Tree Hill has been picked up for a seventh season. That's the good news. The bad?

Stars Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton may not be on it.

Michael Ausiello of EW has the latest on that rumor in his Q&A...

Q: My understanding is that One Tree Hill is returning without Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton (Lucas and Peyton). Is there any truth to this?

A: Well, based on the rather odd video statement she released (below), Hilarie certainly wants us to think she's leaving. I'll believe it when I see her clean out her dressing room. Regarding Chad Michael Murray, it's no secret that he's ready to move on, but, again, no final decision has been made. BTW, only two One Tree Hill regulars are officially on board for next season: Bethany Joy Galeotti and Jackson Brundage.
