Last season, when Chyler Leigh was knocked up, her character, Lexie Grey, was seen overeating due to "nervousness." That and the usual camera tricks masked her pregnancy.

That was Lexie. But now that Grey's Anatomy's lead actress, Ellen Pompeo, is expecting and due in the fall, will we see a pregnant Meredith Grey? Or no Meredith Grey at all?
