That's what Jessica Capshaw, the newest Grey's Anatomy cast member (as Dr. Arizona Robbins), teases as we count down the days until the new season of the ABC medical drama.

"Heavy" is the best way to describe this season, as compared to Season Five, according to Capshaw. Between that and the Private Practice premiere, it should be a wild week of TV.

Below, the 33-year-old actress spills on how Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona are going to progress in this coming season, along with why the Grey's premiere is the best yet:
