Tonight, Grey's Anatomy is a repeat as we gear up for the final Season Six push. "State of Love and Trust" airs at 10 p.m., while Private Practice takes over the 9 p.m. slot.

That's only for this week. When Grey's returns next week with "Hook, Line and Sinner," it will be at 9 p.m., followed by its spinoff series at the 10 p.m. hour as per usual.
