Betty White to Guest Star on Community

In case you haven't heard, Betty White is on a roll lately.

The recent Saturday Night Live host and Hot in Cleveland star has landed yet another role: look for her to show up on the second season premiere of Community.

The former Golden Girls actress will portray professor June Bauer on the NBC sitcom, an esteemed (fairly unhinged) anthropology professor.

It's an important casting coup for Community, as it will face stiff competition this fall: CBS has moved its top-rated half-hour show, The Big Bang Theory, to Thursdays at 8 p.m.
