Nathan Lane to Guest Star on Modern Family

Modern Family has nabbed another big-time guest star.

Tony Award winner Nathan Lane will appear on this fall's second episode, playing Cam's flamboyant pal Pepper. As anyone who watched The Birdcage can attest to, this won't be a major stretch for the hilarious actor.

Producer Steve Levitan also confirms that Weeds star Justin Kirk will reprise his role as Mitchell’s potential boss on season two. The show returns on Wednesday, September 22.
