As if we weren't excited enough already for the upcoming Michael J. Fox sitcom...
Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad) has been cast opposite the veteran TV star on NBC's upcoming single-camera series, which has already received an episode order from the network and which will feature Fox as Mike Burnaby, a Parkinson’s disease patient who returns to work at the anchor of a local New York radio station.
Brandt will portray Mike's wife and the mother of his three children, Annie.
The character is described as tough, loyal and easily irritated.
Kate Finneran and Wendell Pierce round out the sitcom's cast as Mike’s sister and boss, respectively, while the show is set to be included on NBC's fall schedule.
