Oh, yes, a lot is about to go down this Sunday on Once Upon a Time.

In the first sneak peek at "In the Name of the Brother," we see Emma by Hook's bedside, but it's not exactly a friendly visit. She has a question for the pirate, along with a few Gold-related taunts. Watch this duo exchange barbs now:

Also in the hospital, Emma and company will debate the arrival of a stranger... in Storybrooke! What is he doing there? What might this mean overall for the residents? Nothing good, Grumpy fears...

Finally, it's the Cora/Regina reunion we've been waiting for throughout Once Upon a Time Season 2. Can the former truly be remorseful? Will Regina fall for her mother's pleadings and apologies? Check out the confrontation below:
