Brooklyn Nine-Nine Arrests Dean Winters, Kid Cudi for Guest Spots

Arresting news this week from Brooklyn Nine-Nine: The upcoming Andy Samberg sitcom has booked a few impressive guest stars.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Dean Winters (who induces mayhem for Allstate and who did the same to Liz Lemon for years on 30 Rock) will appear on an episode this fall as Warren Pembroke, a Major Crimes Unit officer who feuds with Samberg's Jake.
Fox has also confirmed that rapper Kid Cudi guest star as a jewel thief, while Saturday Night Live alum Fred Armisen makes a cameo on the September 17 premiere. (The Hollywood Reporter first reported the news.) In addition, the first episode includ
