In the first clip from Grey's Anatomy Season 10, doctors go in search of this fallen physician, but in the second sneak peek from ABC, the voice of this beloved character narrates what appears to be the opening action, as we catch back up with Jackson, Meredith, Callie and company and hear all about the "magic" of becoming an intern.

It's all about that white coat, slipping it on for the first time and - presto! - you're suddenly a real doctor.

What does this have to do with the Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere? Simple: Richard may appropriately die while wearing this vital piece of clothing.
