Olivia's sleeping with Jake but she's (probably) in love with Fitz. Cyrus is sleeping with no one but he keeps getting propositioned by a sex worker. Charlie's back and Quinn's caught in a super-spy love triangle.

Sonya Walger guest stars on Scandal Season 4 Episode 3 as an old friend of Olivia's who turns to OPA for help when her daughter goes missing.
