TV Ratings Report: Fox Flails, SHIELD Ties Series Low

at . Comments

It was a night of flopping and failure for Fox on Tuesday, as New Girl returned to 2.3 million total viewers and a 1.0 rating among 18-49-year olds.

Those figures represent a 8 percent and 23 percent drop from its most recent outing. Good thing the sitcom has already been picked up for Season 5!

Weird Loners, meanwhile, premiered to 1.9 million people and a 0.7 rating. Ouch. It may not last another week.

  • NCIS Season 12 Episode 19 (16.3 million/2.1) decreased by a tenth in the demographic, tying its series low, while The Dovekeepers debuted to 9 million and a 1.0, off 25 and 40 percent from what NCIS: New Orleans/Person of Interest averaged last Tuesday.
  • Fresh Off the Boat (4.8 million/1.3), Repeat After Me (3.4 million/0.9) and Agents of SHIELD (4.2 million/1.4) all dipped a tenth, with the latter tying its own series low in the demo. Forever (4.5 million/1.0) went up a tenth.
  • On The CW, The Flash Season 1 Episode 17 (3.5 million/1.2) and iZombie Season 1 Episode 3 (1.9 milmillion0.7) held steady.
  • On NBC, Undateable (5.1 million/1.4) fell by a tenth, while One Big Happy (4 million/1.2) held firm.
