You no longer have to wait for midseason to get three servings of Chicago from NBC! The network is shuffling its fall schedule, moving Heartbreaker to midseason and Chicago Med to fall.
The change stems from alternations in the Heartbreaker filming schedule to make accommodations for Melissa George's pregnancy. Congratulations, Melissa!
As the schedule now stands, Chicago Med will begin airing Tuesdays at 9/8c, meaning that in November, when Chicago Fire returns to the schedule, there will be a double dose of Chicago airing on Tuesdays.
Dick Wolf will have two hour blocks of programming on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Tuesdays with Chicago Med and Chicago Fire and on Wednesdays with Law and Order: SVU and Chicago PD.
Heartbreaker will then begin airing in midseason in what would have been Chicago Med's original slot.
